The sole purpose of this Website is to display the photography work of the Operator (the "Photos").

⁠Definitions

a. “Use” refers to any action or activity performed on the Website, including browsing, viewing and/or utilizing its contents.
b. “Photographs” refers to all the photographs displayed on the Website, all of which were taken by the Operator.
c. “User” – any browser, viewer and/or user of the Website, whether an individual or any type of corporation, in any jurisdiction worldwide.

⁠The Website

a. All Photographs displayed on the Website are owned by the Operator and are presented only for viewing purpose.
b. The Photographs are not for sale and may not be used in any way, including copying, downloading, distributing, selling, renting, or any other use, whether for payment or free of charge, without the prior written consent of the Operator.

Liability

a. The Operator and/or the Website and/or anyone acting on their behalf shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage, consequential or special, caused to the User and/or to any third party due to the use of the Website and/or its performance, contrary to these Terms, for whatever cause- including loss of income and/or prevention of profit.
b. Any typographical errors in the description of items on the Website shall not bind the Operator and/or the Website.

It is strictly prohibited to copy (including digitally), duplicate, distribute, publish, sell, market, rent, license, or otherwise use (including in print or digital media, websites, or otherwise), by any means (including electronic, mechanical, optical, recording, or other) the items, Photographs and content from the Website, whether for payment or free of charge. Data scraping or commercial redistribution is also prohibited.
c. Deep linking to any part of the Website other than the homepage is prohibited without the prior written consent of the Operator.
